Since November 2021, the screens on board the Club Cars provide customs status  information (amber or green) for your drivers during their journey, so that they can be ready for checks on arrival in Calais or Folkestone if necessary. 

Drivers can also access this information via our Driver Info web application, available in 6 languages by clicking on the link below.  Additionally, account holders can receive the customs status with the automatic arrival notifications by email or sms, available in 5 languages.

As a result, the digital signs indicating the customs status of vehicles when exiting the Freight Terminal in France will no longer be used and will therefore be deactivated as of 26 September.

We would be grateful if you could pass on this information to your drivers and ensure that they are aware of their customs status before leaving the shuttle.
